Policy

This policy explains what data GoList processes, why it may be needed, and what rights users have.

Effective date:

01

Overview

The developer does not collect personal data through the app, and the app does not require an account.

02

Data we process

GoList lets users create checklist names, categories, items, notes, codes, and document photos. This content is processed locally on the user's device and is not transmitted to the developer.

When a user explicitly starts device synchronization, the selected checklist data is transferred directly between participating devices on the same local network through an authenticated, encrypted connection. The developer does not receive or have access to that traffic.

When a user explicitly exports or shares a checklist, GoList creates an unencrypted file that can contain the selected checklist content and document photos. The user chooses the destination and recipient and should share the file only with trusted parties.

03

Storage and security

Checklist text and document photos are stored locally and encrypted at rest using keys protected by Android Keystore.

Android cloud backup and device-transfer backup are disabled. Local data remains on the device until the user deletes the app data or uninstalls GoList.

No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but GoList applies safeguards appropriate to its local-first design.

04

Third-party services

Google Play processes GoList Premium subscription purchases under Google's terms. GoList receives purchase and entitlement status but does not receive the user's payment card details.

The current version contains no advertising or analytics SDKs and does not send usage analytics to the developer.

05

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us. We will review the request and take appropriate action.

06

Your rights and controls

Users can delete all locally stored GoList data through Android application settings or by uninstalling the app.

Users can export their own checklist data from the app before deletion. Because GoList has no user account or developer-operated cloud storage, there is no separate online account-deletion process.

Privacy questions can be sent to the contact address below.

07

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The current version will always be available on this page, with its latest revision date shown above.
